Providing your unwanted product is returned for within 14 days of delivery, and it is still in its original, unopened packaging you are entitled to a full refund. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online.

you must provide a proof of purchase along with your original order number. Proof of purchase needs to be in the form of a bank or card statement or an electronic sales receipt
If your product becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, we will offer you one of the following a repair, exchange or refund. In all instances, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident damage willful damage or normal wear and tear.

Refunds are only provided upon inspection of the returned items. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase date to request a refund. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us along with providing the original Order Number.
